The 2022 model year for the C8 Corvette has been an enormous success despite the assortment of setbacks it has had. The demand and sales for the mid-engined C8 have been fantastic. However,the chip shortage is still a significant hindrance to vehicle production, and as a result, another prominent feature of the 2022 C8 Corvette Stingray coupe and convertible has been removed in an effort to keep production going.

Earlier this month, Chevrolet dealers received the latest consensus deck outlining production and constraint updates for the remainder of the 2022 Corvette Stingray and the start of the 2023 Corvette production.
